The new Magazine
Linked, the new Janoschka Magazine, is designed to help us stay in touch with you, our customers and partners.
Through Linked we hope to deliver valuable information about new technologies and innovations. We would like to share our 40 years’ experience in the packaging and decorative industry with you and provide ideas to enhance your day-to-day operations.
Janoschka is consistently pursuing the corporate restructuring initiated last year. The aim is to create a structure adapted to form the basis for a global and sustainable growth strategy.
Following the merger of the Kippenheim and Ismaning sites, the 60% of shares held in Repro-Form GmbH have now been transferred to Bernhard Volmer, the company’s founder and a long-standing shareholder.
Chief Sales Officer
After the adaption of the sales organisation which started in 2015 with the introduction of Global Account Management for the Business unit Tobacco, and the SBU Converters currently being structurally adapted, the senior management has now announced the next step in the reshaping:
As of 01 June 2016 Mr. Lutz Braune will be appointed as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
The strategic and customer orientated development of Janoschka will result in further structural changes. During the first half of the year, Fentsch Packaging Solutions GmbH will merge with Janoschka Kippenheim GmbH and will in future operate under the name Janoschka Deutschland GmbH.
Both sites will continue with their existing portfolio of products and services.
